Favorite coffee shop in Sherbrooke. The coffee is actually good and the matcha lattes are excellent. Plenty of seating, lots of windows and a pleasant atmosphere.

Cafe Hubert Saint-Jean served coffee in the media lounge at Collision Conference 2019 & the coffee is fantastic. I tried the latte with oat milk (1st time) and yum! I will definitely stop by the physical location when I’m nearby.

The coffee. The staff. The owners. The products. The place itself. I sincerely can't recommend this place enough. They roast my favourite local coffee. Honestly as someone who often has to drink decaf, I almost cried the first time I had there's. Its not a compromise in taste at all. If you need to buy a gift for a coffee lover, are a coffee lover yourself, need a place to study, need an amazing pick me up cup of coffee, or even need to buy any kind of brewing supplies, be it machine, kettle, YOU name it. They have it. Or they can tell you where to find it. Haha And if you don't know what you need; they can help there too. A local must.

Fantastic coffee! The scent of freshly roasted coffee... and then the first sip matches. Plus a lakeside walk a block away that leads to a local market with picnic supplies. Great find.
